Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

• You can cancel an order before the kitchen starts preparing it by calling or WhatsApp-ing us with your order number. Full refund is given for prepaid orders.
• Once preparation has started, freshly cooked food orders cannot be cancelled.
• We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or the location cannot be served; a full refund is then issued for any amount paid.

Refunds

• Wrong, missing, damaged or spoiled items: please inform us within 2 hours of delivery (for packaged pickles / ghee, within 48 hours) with your order number and a photo. After verification we will send a replacement or give a refund for the affected items.
• Sealed packaged products (pickles, chutney, ghee) that arrive broken or leaking in transit are replaced free of charge or refunded.
• Due to hygiene reasons, opened or partly consumed food cannot be returned.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds for online payments are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by UPI / bank transfer within 5–7 working days after we receive your details.
