Motiram Ji Ki Prasiddh Dal Baati (मोतीराम जी की प्रसिद्ध दाल बाटी) serves authentic Rajasthani dal baati — baati baked on cow-dung-cake fire and dipped in desi ghee, with dal, kadhi and churma — along with home-style Rajasthani pickles (achar), chutney and pure desi cow ghee.

We operate through our own and franchise kitchens. Customers order on motiramji.com; the order goes to the nearest kitchen and is delivered hot by our riders or delivery partners. Packaged products (pickles, chutney, ghee) can also be shipped to other cities.

What we sell: dal baati combo packs (2 / 4 baati with dal or kadhi), Rajasthani pickles in 1 kg glass jars, sil-batta red chilli chutney and desi cow ghee. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the menu, inclusive of applicable taxes.
